Our Aerial Sound Bath combines the gentle support of soft silk hammocks with the immersive vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments. Suspended and cocooned, the body is fully supported, allowing muscles to soften, the mind to quieten, and the nervous system to deeply reset.
The subtle elevation of the hammock encourages surrender and spaciousness, while waves of sound move through the body, supporting energetic balance, emotional release and profound relaxation.
