Versatile Studios – Two spacious, airy rooms with premium yoga mats, bolsters, cork bricks, and blankets. One is fitted with infrared heaters for a nourishing heated practice. Both can also be arranged with chairs and tables for workshops, meetings, or creative events.

Sound & Aerial Sanctuary – A dedicated space with soft event lighting, 14 cosy mattresses and blankets for sound therapy, meditation, or breathwork. When adventure calls, it transforms into an aerial yoga studio with 12 silk hammocks for unique, uplifting sessions.

Calming Treatment Rooms – Two private rooms designed for massage, acupuncture, counselling, and other therapies. Each features an infrared heater to create a soothing, restorative atmosphere for both practitioner and client.

A Warm Welcome – From our serviced reception area with complimentary tea and coffee to the friendly support of our team, everything is designed to make you and your guests feel at home.
