Join us at Gong Space Holistics for a powerful evening of chakra balancing and deep sound healing on Thursday 25th September 2025, 6:30pm–8:00pm with Ash & Alex.
This special workshop combines the restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls with the transformative energy of gongs and therapeutic instruments. You’ll be guided through a chakra balancing meditation, with each bowl resonating to its corresponding energy centre, helping to realign and restore harmony throughout your whole system.
As the meditation flows into a full gong and sound immersion, you’ll be invited to completely let go - allowing the vibrations to soothe, cleanse, and recharge your body, mind, and spirit.
