Validity & Redemption

• All pre-launch offers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
   

• You must present your booking confirmation or e-ticket when attending your first session.
   

• Once activated (i.e. once your first class/session is attended), the remaining sessions must be used within the specified time period indicated in the offer (e.g. 4 weeks, 3 months).
   

Refunds & Cancellations

• Pre-launch purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
   

• Gong Space Holistics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if participant numbers fall below a viable level.
   

• In the event that a class or service is cancelled by us, the appropriate credit will be added to your account for future use.
