Ecstatic Dance is a free-flow movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stress and stagnant energy, and feel more alive, present, and free.

Unlike a traditional dance class, there are no steps to learn, no choreography, and no pressure to dance in a certain way. The focus is not on performance or technique, but on moving intuitively in whatever way feels natural for you.

This beginner-friendly session at Gong Space is designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible, especially for those who may feel nervous about dance or movement-based experiences.

Guided by uplifting tribal rhythms and afro house beats, the session creates space to let go of tension, quiet the thinking mind, and reconnect with yourself through movement and music.
