Join us for a heart-opening evening designed to awaken the senses, reconnect you with your body, and guide you into the healing power of sound. Through a blend of cacao, movement, and frequency, this immersive workshop invites you to journey deeply within and experience the magic of love as medicine.
What to Expect:
Feel – Begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao to gently open the heart space, followed by a still and centred heart meditation.
Flow – Move into gentle, eyes-closed embodied movement. A chance to let go of the mind and connect with your inner body temple, flowing from the deep heart.
