About the event
A Journey Through Movement, Breath & Sound
90-Minute Immersive Experience with Solom & Gong Space Holistics
Move. Breathe. Vibrate. Align. Return to yourself.
Yoga & BreathArt is a unique and immersive wellbeing experience that brings together mobility, yoga, breathwork, and the deeply resonant sounds of the live handpan to create a powerful journey of reconnection and renewal.
Designed to support both body and mind, this experience invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of presence, awareness, and inner balance.
The session unfolds progressively, gently guiding participants from movement into stillness, from activation into connection.
