At Gong Space Holistics, we’re delighted to offer weekly Qi Gong sessions with Lily every Thursday from 18:45 – 19:45, inviting you into a gentle yet profound practice that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.

Qi Gong encourages the smooth flow of energy, our “Qi”, which supports the body’s innate ability to heal and maintain health. Whether you are completely new to the practice or have experience, Qi Gong meets you where you are and gently guides you toward greater well-being.


One of the beauties of Qi Gong is its adaptability. It can be practiced standing, seated, or even lying down, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or background.


Each class is responsive to the energy of the group, making every session both deeply personal and powerfully shared.
