Dear Gong Space Community,
We are writing to let you know about an important change regarding Gong Space Holistics.
Following ongoing and unresolved issues with the building at Castleward Court, which have affected us for a considerable period of time, we have made the difficult decision that we will no longer be providing our services from our current Castleward Court premises.
The building issues and continued uncertainty surrounding the necessary works have had a significant impact on our ability to operate the centre reliably and sustainably. While this is not the outcome we had hoped for, we believe that stepping away from the current premises is now the right decision.
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has visited, supported and been part of Gong Space at Castleward Court. We have created a wonderful community during our time there, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of it.
Class Passes, Gift Cards & Account Credits
If you have any unused class passes, gift cards or other eligible credit remaining on your Gong Space account, you will be entitled to request a refund for the unused eligible balance.
If this applies to you, please email connect@gongspace.co.uk with your name and the details of the pass, gift card or credit you believe remains on your account.
Refund requests can be submitted up to and including 30 November 2026. Any eligible balances that have not been claimed by this date will no longer be refundable after the refund period has closed.
We kindly ask that you please be patient with us while we work through refund requests. We will deal with each request as quickly as we reasonably can, but it may take us a little time to check individual accounts and process refunds.
What Happens Next?
Although our services from Castleward Court are coming to an end, Gong Space itself is not necessarily coming to an end.
For the time being, we will continue to provide our corporate wellbeing services, training programmes and other suitable offerings off-site, and we will keep you updated about future opportunities and developments.
Thank you for your understanding and, most importantly, for all the support you have given Gong Space. Whether you joined us for yoga, sound healing, Reiki, treatments, workshops, training or simply some much-needed time to rest and reset, it has been a privilege to have you as part of our community.
