Service Description
Aerial Gong & Sound Healing Session This unique session combines the soothing support of aerial hammocks with the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments. Suspended in soft silks, you’ll be invited into a deeply meditative state as sound waves gently realign your energy and calm the nervous system. What to Expect: • Cocooned relaxation in aerial hammocks • Profound nervous system reset • Stress and emotional release • Support for sleep, mood, and physical tension • Energetic realignment and spiritual connection Whether you’re new to aerial practice or a seasoned explorer of sound, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience something truly special, meet the team, and immerse yourself in the energy of our space. ⚠️ Important Health Notes: The gong element of this session is not advised for: • Individuals with pacemakers • Those diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia • First trimester of pregnancy • Those with PTSD • Individuals with epilepsy or a history of seizures Caution is advised if you have: • Metal implants • Tinnitus • Late-stage pregnancy (third trimester) If you are unsure or affected by any of the above, please contact me in advance to discuss. Spaces are limited – early booking is highly recommended!

Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please note that this policy differs from our standard weekly class cancellation terms. All Gong & Sound Healing session bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to transfer your booking to another available session (subject to availability). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are not eligible for transfer. In exceptional circumstances (such as genuine emergencies), we may, at our discretion, consider a transfer request. Supporting information may be requested where appropriate. Class Passes & Packages Where class passes or packages are used, a valid pass must be available at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session being deducted. Expiry dates, usage limits, and terms are specific to the package purchased and must be adhered to. Arrival & Access Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your class to allow time to settle into the space. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry, particularly for sound healing sessions where disruption impacts the group experience. Missed sessions due to late arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable. Health & Responsibility By attending, you confirm that you have read and understood any relevant contraindications and that the session is suitable for you. You agree to complete any required health or consent forms and take full responsibility for your wellbeing during the session. Changes & Cancellations by Us We reserve the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel classes where necessary. This may be due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, you will be offered a credit or the option to transfer to another session.
