Service Description
Our Ecstatic Dance Experience is a powerful and uplifting 60-minute movement journey designed to help you release stress, shift stagnant energy, and reconnect with your body through intuitive movement and music. Guided by Ash, this is not a dance class and there is no choreography to follow. There are no steps to learn. No expectations. No judgement. Instead, you are invited into a safe and supportive space where movement becomes a form of expression, release, and self-discovery. Set to a carefully curated soundtrack of tribal rhythms and Afro House beats, the session encourages participants to move freely in whatever way feels natural and authentic to them. Some people move gently and meditatively, others dance more energetically, all expressions are welcomed. Ecstatic Dance can be deeply liberating, offering an opportunity to move beyond the mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. This session may support: • Releasing stress and built-up tension • Shifting stagnant or heavy energy • Emotional expression and release • Increased vitality and energy • Greater body awareness and confidence • Nervous system regulation and wellbeing • Connection, freedom, and joy The session closes with a short grounding meditation, allowing time to settle, integrate, and return to stillness. Cancellation Policy
All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the class start time may be rescheduled or credited to your account for future use. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will be classed as a late cancellation. In these cases, the session will be forfeited and no credit or refund will be issued. Failure to attend a booked class (no-show) will also result in loss of the session. Class Passes & Packages Where class passes or packages are used, a valid pass must be available at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session being deducted. Expiry dates, usage limits, and terms are specific to the package purchased and must be adhered to. Arrival & Access Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your class to allow time to settle into the space. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry, particularly for sound healing sessions where disruption impacts the group experience. Missed sessions due to late arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable. Health & Responsibility By attending, you confirm that you have read and understood any relevant contraindications and that the session is suitable for you. You agree to complete any required health or consent forms and take full responsibility for your wellbeing during the session. Changes & Cancellations by Us We reserve the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel classes where necessary. This may be due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, you will be offered a credit or the option to transfer to another session.
