Kirsty Muggleton

Yoga Teacher

I’ve been practising yoga for over twenty-five years, exploring many different styles along the way. Around fifteen years ago, I discovered Prana Flow, and I knew instantly that it was my dharma to train in this powerful, energetic approach and share its transformative experience with others.

In 2015, I began my formal training with a 300hr Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga, grounding me in Hatha yoga, philosophy, anatomy, and physiology. From there, I deepened my journey with Vinyasa training, where my love for the poetic dance of rhythm, breath, and movement truly came alive.

In 2016, I embarked on the pièce de résistance - a 500hr Prana Flow training with Shiva Rea. Prana Flow (or Prana Vinyasa) embodies the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya, Ayurveda, Tantra, and Bhakti Yoga. I completed this training in 2021, and continue to study with my teacher, always a student, always evolving.

At Gong Space, I share the practice of Prana Flow Yoga - an energetic, fluid style that weaves together breath, movement, rhythm, and subtle body awareness.


Each class is an invitation to:


  • Move with the flow of your own energy

  • Explore the union of breath and movement

  • Connect with yoga’s deeper roots in philosophy, Ayurveda, and devotion

  • Experience transformation on both physical and energetic levels


My intention is for you to leave each session feeling not just stronger and more open in your body, but also more connected, inspired, and in flow with life itself.
