Qi Gong Teacher

I was introduced to Qi Gong when I was just seven years old, through my great uncle, who was a Qi Gong master. At a time when doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me, his practice quite literally saved my life. Since then, Qi Gong has been my anchor. Whenever life feels overwhelming, it helps me return to peace, clarity, and balance.

Sharing Qi Gong is a joy for me - it’s a way for others to tap into that same inner calm and grace. In today’s busy world, I love offering this practice as a way to slow down, release stress, and feel renewed.

In my Qi Gong classes at Gong Space, we move through a gentle yet powerful sequence designed to restore harmony:



Opening the Body – Through tapping, shaking, and stretching, we release tension and stagnant energy.


Intention Setting – Together we pause to align with what we want to invite into our practice.


Guided Relaxation & Flowing Movements – Calming the mind and inviting fresh vitality with flowing, mindful movement.


Closing Practice – Breathwork or a short guided meditation seals in that renewed state of being.


My hope is that you leave each session feeling lighter, uplifted, and at peace - carrying that sense of calm into the rest of your life.
