I’ve been leading exercise and wellness sessions for over 15 years, practising yoga for the past decade, and teaching Pilates for over three years. My philosophy is simple: everyone is welcome - no egos, no judgements.
Movement, for me, is about creating a safe and inclusive space where people of all backgrounds and abilities can connect with themselves, build strength, and find joy. I love weaving a sense of spirituality into my teaching, helping students feel both grounded and uplifted.
At Gong Space, I lead M1ND Pilates classes that are open to all levels. Whether you’re brand new to the practice or more experienced, my sessions focus on mindful movement, core strength, posture, and functional wellbeing.
My intention is for each class to feel welcoming and accessible, while also bringing lightness, joy, and deeper connection into your practice.
