You must present your booking confirmation or e-ticket when attending your first session.

Once activated (i.e. once your first class/session is attended), the remaining sessions must be used within the specified time period indicated in the offer (e.g. 4 weeks, 3 months).
Refunds & Cancellations

Pre-launch purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
